Philippa Bollond is a New Zealand based Parks and Recreation Consultant with over 250 years experience in Local Government and specialises in playground design/park project management. 

She is on the Register of Play Inspections International qualified to Level 3 Annual Inspector.  Philippa has a long history in the development and design of playgrounds for many Local Authorities; providing guidance, advice, project management, inspection, assessment and playground impact testing. 

Philippa has a Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape, National Diploma in Horticulture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management (Project Management). 

Philippa is a key member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) NZ, Playground Management Team.     

The RPII is acknowledged as the independent international accreditation organization for Playground Inspectors and provides accreditation for playground inspectors to the New Zealand, Australian and European Playground Standards.

The Royal Society for the prevention of Accidents – ROSPA is the largest safety organization in the world and is a founding member of the RPII. ROSPA is the largest provider of play safety inspection services internationally, inspecting over 13,000 playgrounds a year in the UK alone.

Future Landscapes in conjunction with Consulting Co-ordination, (now PlaySafety), has been providing playground training in New Zealand and Australia since 2005 and continues to set the industry standard for compliance and training in both public and private sectors.
